The house of Dr. Dionisio Niere house is one of the historic ancestral homes in Barangay Poblacion, Boljoon, Cebu. Constructed in 1928, this ancestral residence features a symmetrical facade, where one side mirrors the other. A vestibule extends to the second floor, complemented by traditional capiz windows alongside geometric-patterned ones. Below the windows, balustered ventanillia provide ventilation in the Philippine heat. During World War II, the house served as a garrison for Japanese Soldiers. This house a great example of vernacular adaptation to American style architecture and can be somewhat compared to houses in California.

The house belonged to Dr. Dionisio Niere; the first Doctor of Medicine in Boljoon and delegate to the 1934 constitutional convention. Today, the house is empty of furniture and belongings and is now a stop on the Boljoon heritage tour.
